About
I am a yoga teacher with 10 years of personal practice, offering breath-centred classes that explore the balance between our sun and moon energies. My teaching focuses on observing the quality and rhythm of the breath to guide movement, helping students cultivate presence and deepen awareness of the connection between breath, mind, and body. My teacher training focused on classical hatha yoga, where I completed 200 hours exploring asana, pranayama, and meditation. This training deepened my appreciation for yoga as a holistic practice, one that supports not only physical strength and mobility, but also mental clarity, emotional balance, and connection to the self. Since beginning my teaching journey, I have gained experience guiding students through hatha, as well as slower, grounding practices and more dynamic vinyasa flows. I aim to create classes that are inclusive, supportive, and empowering, offering options so each student can move in a way that feels right for their body. I find great joy in witnessing my students’ progress and strive to create a welcoming space where they can breathe, explore, and reconnect with themselves.
