My teacher training focused on classical Hatha yoga, in which I completed 200 hours of training where I explored the practices of asana, pranayama and meditation in depth. My training gave me a deep appreciation for yoga as a holistic practice, one that supports not only physical strength and mobility, but also mental clarity, emotional balance, and connection to the self. Since I began my teaching journey, I have gained experience guilding a wide variety of students through Hatha, but also more slower, grounding practices and dynamic vinyasa flows. I create classes that are inclusive, supportive, and empowering, offering options and encouragement so that every student can practice in a way that feels right for their body. I find great joy in witnessing my students' progress, and I strive to create a welcoming space where students can breathe, explore, and reconnect with themselves.
