My name is Georgia and I am EREPS Level 4 Certified Pilates Teacher based in Sofia, specializing in both Mat and Apparatus-based training. I provide a comprehensive mind-body approach to movement, and I am passionate helping clients achieving lasting physical results and mental wellness through high-quality, professional instruction. I am passionate to provide private Pilates lessons, offering tailored programs meeting each client’s specific rehabilitative or fitness goals, as well as group lessons where high-energy 'team spirit' is present. In order to provide my clients with the optimum level of services I actively invest in continuous learning, ensuring my sessions always feature the latest in Pilates training.
