Jenna Gully is a 800hr yoga practitioner and has been teaching since 2015. Her specialties range from Core Strength Vinyasa, Yoga Anatomy, Advance Adjustments and Modifications to the more meditative end of the spectrum with Yoga Nidra Sleep Meditation, Breath Technique and Vibrational Healing. Jenna strongly believes yoga is for every body and loves to share her personal practice, experiences and knowledge through various offerings. She hopes for clients to take what works for them when it comes to insights experienced through postures, breath and yoga philosophy. Jenna's work uses the concept of the Koshas or sheaths of the body (physical, energetic, mind, wisdom and bliss) to help settle us from our physical form into realizing our Divine nature and essence of the spirit inhabiting each of our physical forms. Her devotion to sharing yoga has stayed steady due to her desire to embody, create and experience life through a lens of spiritual understanding and share that with others.
