I didn’t come to Pilates and Barre by accident — movement found me when I was searching for balance. What began as a way to understand my own body became a lifelong passion for helping others feel strong, capable, and at home in theirs. As a Pilates and Barre instructor, I blend precision with flow, strength with grace. As a nutritionist, I look beyond calories, focusing on nourishment, energy, and longevity. I believe true wellness happens when movement and nutrition speak the same language. My work is about more than workouts or meal plans — it’s about building resilience, confidence, and a body that supports the life you want to live. Every session is an invitation to move with purpose and fuel with intention.
