L’a Tesha is the founder of Roots Pilates Studio, a nervous system–led movement space dedicated to building strength without overwhelm. She teaches live Pilates classes that focus on regulation, stability, and sustainable progress rather than intensity. Her approach blends deep core activation, breath-led movement, and gentle strength training to support women through all seasons of life, including postpartum and high-stress transitions. L’a Tesha believes confidence begins in the body, and that safety creates real expansion. Through grounded, supportive sessions, she helps women root down, build capacity, and rise with steadiness, clarity, and embodied strength.
